Just felt I should let you know that I posted 13 hrs in the woods over Thanksgiving break and seen 4 white tails when I spooked them heading back to the truck. I shall try again in 15 days. I got a better feel of the travel patterns of the deer while I was in so hopefully next time will be more eventful.
I did however manage to get a bloody nose from the recoil of my new Muzzleloader. First time in my life that I've ever had a scope hit me in 20+ years of huntin'. Neal and I didn't get it lined up as well as I had hoped but I'll try again in a few weeks. I like my new gun but I had forgot how much trouble they are to clean. Beth kept saying "Ewwe that stinks!" ahhh the smell of burning sulfur.
