Monica, this is a good place for you to stop reading. The subject matter may bring back some bitter memories.
We all spent the night in Pigeon Forge. We drove up through Gatlinburg to see Cade's Cove. I'll post some pictures of people and Scott will post some pictures of nature. After seeing Cade's Cove we drove around looking for a place to stop for dinner. Harris suggested The Cracker Barrel. Luckily, we found The Atlanta Bread Company instead.

Here are a couple pictures we took of us. Taking pictures of yourself isn't easy. I think the second one turned out pretty nice.

Those are GREAT pictures!! Do you think we could set up somewhere and do pictures of my kids sometime soon?? I love those!!
Cade's Cove is a great place to do them...but it is like 3 hours away! I'll see if I can find somewhere that is closer that will work.

We aren't too happy with how they turned out...the top one really didn't turn out too well, but we love the background! That is an AWESOME place to take people pictures! I would love to go back and take more.
Heather, that really is a great place to take pictures of your kids...it is just far away. There are some old wood houses there that would be great for pictures of Wesley!
Sonja, I really want you to bring Landon and Taylor down so that we can take pictures of them at Cade's Cove! I have some really good ideas for them! I know you probably can't pull that off, but it would be great if you could!
Great pics...sounds like the weekend was great. The Smokey Mtns, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are always great places to visit. I love it there.
I love both of those pictures of you two together! That's funny about Cracker Barrel--it's Chris's favorite restaurant too! ;o)
Be thankful you only ate at Cracker Barrel two times! He is a freak when it comes to that place! Mom just likes it because of the store. :)
The pictures are great! I would love to be able to come visit. Maybe this summer it will work out. We can put it in our "hope it happens soon" box.
Glad you got to spend some time with mom. She didn't tell me she was coming to visit. I am glad though. Taylor has been very sick, so I didn't even think of calling her this weekend. I had a breakfast meeting this morning at 8am so I'll have to chat with her later. I know they had a great time, it's one of their favorite places to go.

Their trip down here was a last minute idea. Your mom called Scott on Thursday afternoon and asked if they could come. After some confusion we ended up having them spend the night at our house on Friday and then going to Pigeon Forge with them on Saturday. They also spent Sunday night there, but we had to come home.
What is wrong with Taylor? Is he doing any better today? I hope he doesn't share it with the rest of you!
