Wow...can you believe October is already more than half way over? I guess Scott and I need to hurry and take our October picture. Maybe we'll try to do that this weekend. I think we'll have Kristin take our November picture while we're visiting her next month. We leave for Colorado in 29 days! It will be here in no time at all!

I had my interview yesterday. Thank you to everyone who messaged or emailed me about it! I guess it went okay. I totally hate interviews because they ask such stupid questions that really don't have anything to do with your qualifications for a job. Oh well! They said they will let me know after November 1st. The job starts on November 26th...perfect because that is my first day back to work after Colorado. I'll let you know when I find out.

We still don't know what is wrong with my dad. He went to his doctor for a full physical to see if there was anything abnormal going on. They didn't find anything that would cause the problems he is having in his ear, but they said they found something abnormal with his prostate. So, he is going to see a urologist to have that checked out. Since they didn't find anything else it may mean they have to do the surgery to check for a leak in his inner ear. I'll keep you posted on this.

I have absolutely no work to do today. I have to complete my yearly self-assessment, but that should only take a little while. Then, I'll be sitting here for the rest of the day watching the clock. I do have to figure out what we're going to get for a couple of people for Christmas. We've pretty much found gifts for everyone except two of my brothers. Also, I'm supposed to be making my wish list for Scott and for my parents. I really have no idea what I want this year.
