My cousin, John did get engaged over the weekend to the pretty lady in the picture...her name is Neely. I haven't met her "in person" only on MySpace, but I told John I must do so before the wedding...I don't want to meet her for the first time there.
Let's see...what else do I have to say. Well, we are leaving for Colorado in 10 days! Yay! We are so looking forward to it...if you haven't already picked up on that.
Since we're on the subject of "countdowns"...only 16 more days until Thanksgiving and 49 more days or 7 weeks until Christmas! Yikes! Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? I have my spreadsheet all done and I am ready to go purchase everything. I know what I'm getting for everyone, but I'm going to wait until I get back from Colorado to purchase the gifts. I like to have my tree up before buying anything...that way there is a place to put it once I get it home. I don't like have "stuff" laying around my house...everything needs to be in a place. Okay...enough of my OCD problem.
Well, I guess I'll get back to FaceBook and MySpace...come talk to me over there!

I haven't gotten started on buying Christmas presents yet but am gathering plenty of ideas. We have Afton's b-day coming up 1st so we've been buying stuff for that. I can't wait to get in the Christmas spirit though!
