February 1st...Already?
Wow...January was fast! I can't believe it is already over. We were so busy working on our house that we didn't even notice January passing by. We still don't have the house up for sale. We are hoping to have it up next week. The reason for the delay is the weather. We had a couple things to paint outside and it has been too cold. It is supposed to be almost 60 degrees tomorrow and no rain! So, we are going to work like crazy to get everything done! Once we finish our outside projects we will take pictures of everything to send to our realtor. We'll post the pictures of the house on here for you all to see.

Did you get lots done on Saturday? Can't wait to see the pictures. We haven't gotten much done. We have sick kids...again!!! arrrhhhhh....spring come quickly forget what Phil thinks :)
Yes...we finished everything except the finish we are putting on the block foundation. I thought it would make the house look better if the foundation had some texture to the foundation instead of just cinderblock (spelling ??). But, I ran out of the texture and while we were in the store today getting more it started raining. So...it looks like we will do that one night this week after work. It shouldn't take us more than an hour or so to finish it.
